About

PresidentialStudy.com is a space where I explore the lives behind the presidency, one biography at a time. My goal is simple: to understand the human side of the men who have held the highest office in the United States, and through their stories, gain insight into the history they helped shape.

I read the presidents in chronological order, starting with George Washington, by selecting one biography per president. Each biography adds new insights, surprises, and lessons, helping me trace the evolution of the presidency and the people who have shaped it.

I approach each presidency as a journey from cradle to grave, studying their personal lives, relationships, challenges, triumphs, and failures. I want to see beyond the myths and public personas, to uncover the complexity, ambition, and humanity of these leaders.

Through these thoughts, I share what I learn in a way that’s thoughtful, accessible, and engaging. I provide:

  • My thoughts on the biorgraphies themselves, for anyone also taking part in their own, similar journey
  • Summaries of the biographies I read, highlighting key moments and turning points
  • Fascinating and lesser-known facts about each president
  • Personal reflections on how their character, choices, and experiences shaped their presidency and legacy

I’m not a professional historian. I’m a history enthusiast and lifelong learner who loves diving into the stories of the people behind the office. My aim is to make presidential history approachable, relatable, and full of human insight.
